Lactation Consultation
One hour meeting with you to address any specific questions, concerns, or needs you may have with breastfeeding. We will assess your baby's latch, weight before and after a feed, go over any important birth history, and assess how I can help better your breastfeeding journey. I want you to feel confident in breastfeeding your baby. The cost for a consultation is 90$, and includes 3 follow up emails or texts.
Prenatal Breastfeeding Class
Prenatal Breastfeeding Class for pregnant moms. Breastfeeding can be a lot to learn and take in. It is an intimate subject, and some couples prefer to learn the foundations of Breastfeeding in the comfort of their own home. This class will last two hours, and include subjects on breastfeeding, skin to skin, the first few days of breastfeeding, nipple measurement (to make sure all your breast supplies fit correctly), and any personal concerns you may want to address. In this course, I will answer any questions you may have about your personal breast pump. The cost for the in-home class is 150$.
NICU Support Services
Have a baby in the NICU? Anticipating a NICU stay? I am here to help you navigate this time. This looks differently for every family, depending on their needs. In a time that feels so out of control, and confusing I would love to help you support and help you during this time.
